During the trial (2006 - 2007,) Biomass furnace aims to help the agricultural products, such as grain dryers, corn drying machine, a dryer organic fertilizer. So far, they used kerosene to dry. In the year 2006 - 2007 the price of kerosene was Rp. 2500, -/liter ($ 0.27/liter) but now the price of kerosene $ 1/liter.
So starting in 2007 - 2011, I sold the company:
- Small class paddy drying capacity of 20-40 tons / day (2-4 units of machine)
- Drying rice middle class 80-120 ton / day (4-6 units of machine)
- Corn drying 200 tons / day (1 unit machine)
- Organic Fertilizer drying 50 tons / day
- Paper Sludge (450 ton / day)
For drying grain every room requires temperature 65 C, paddy dryers have 4 drying room. So that should is given total temperature is 65 C x 4 room = 260 C / machine units.
Biomass Furnace type of small (diameter 1.5 m) capable of supplying 4 units of paddy dryers. If each requires 260 C, the total heat supply to be provided by the Biomass Furnace is 260 C x 4 units = 1040 C. Stable for 24 hours of work and 7 days a week. Distance to any dryer machine reaching 18 m, whereas each 1 meter will decrease the heat 10 C. Total decrease in heat during the trip = 18 m x 10 C = 180 C. So it must be supply Biomass Furnace heat output for 1040 C + 180 C = 1220 C.
