Overhaul period?

Overhaul done for reimbursement:
    1. Refractory stone
    2. Screw-Biomass Input
    3. stirring
    4. perforated

Normally Biomass furnace has a Refractory brick overhaul once every 6 months. 4 days for the replacement of Refractory bricks. Abrasion occurs, due to rubbing against the material-biomass in Cyclone spined for 24 hours and 7 days a week working. Refractory brick at temperatures over 600 C will withstand the heat and the color changed to red, and biomass will be forced to float as long as possible in the room Biomass Furnace so before falling on the pile of embers, biomass had a high temperature and so it is flammable. But in Indonesia overhaul Refractory bricks can be up to 1 year, being too busy for the operation. So the refractory bricks are designed to withstand 1 year of operations.

Normally this has a Biomass furnace overhaul Biomass Input Screw every 6 months. 1 day for replacement screw. But in Indonesia can overhaul up to 2 years, being too busy for the operation. Screw problem occur because it was not straight or also occur because of the fins of screw was separated due to rubbing against the biomass. So Screw Input is designed to hold 2 years of operation.

Stirring and perforated, work at temperatures reaching 2500 C, for 24 hours and 7 days a week. Stirring was used a special metal materials that are resistant to high temperature and radiator system is given that the condition is always chilled. Normally Biomass furnace has a 2-year overhaul stirring once. Stirring 1 day for replacement, but in Indonesia overhaul stirring up to 2 years, being too busy for the operation. Stirring and perforated so designed to withstand two years of operation.

I usually calculate Overhaul Costs by 5% per year of Biomass Furnace prices.
